Training is another area that I have extensive in. I have developed and conducted training on Medication Management, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Crisis De-escalation, Behavior Management, Psychological Diagnosis, Treatment for Psychological Diagnosis, and Trauma trainings.
It is of my desire and gives me great pleasure to help others improve and enhance their sense of self. In utilizing integrative, strength-based, action oriented approaches, I instill in others what it takes to achieve life goals, be resilient, and enhance their social, emotional, and behavioral health. With the knowledge and competence that I have gained and the positive outcomes that I have seen in many of my clients, it is only right that I give back to the helping profession by being able to explore my experiences and offer training to other mental health professionals. With my clinical supervision and consultation services, I am able to do just that. It is my passion to assist in developing the careers and leadership of others
